Message from our Pastor

Thank you for taking the time to visit the website of the Gatehouse Church, Franklin, Tennessee. We are an unconventional church experimenting with means for outreach and service to our community.

We are meeting at Act Too Players, 1113 Murfreesboro Road, Suite 119, Franklin, TN on Sunday morning at 10:00. We are in the shopping center behind the Chop House Restaurant on highway 96 in Franklin, Tennessee, a little south of Nashville.

These are condensed versions of our church service. I’ve added a few examples of our special music. We had a comment the these were appreciated. There are a number of different styles here and all are wonderful, inspired and inspiring. I pray you will enjoy them.

A few days ago we had a storm roll though and as it moved off there was a bright double rainbow in the sky. It only lasted a few minutes and was an impressive and beautiful sight.

Now it’s the end of August and, typically for our area of gthe world, hot and dry. My garden is looking somewhat stressed and less solid green that it was just a few weeks ago. Tomatoes and peppers remain plentiful. There are a few pole beans and one small pumpkin that came up volunteer. Fresh vegetables remain a wonderful blessing.

I pray you are safe to enjoy God’s world. As always, the natural world remains a constant reminder of God’s goodness to us.
