Gatehouse Believes in the Power of Prayer 

We are a small group, but through faith and prayer we believe God will send us many more to become a part of our ministry.  The Lord wants to bring His glory into your life, your church, your city, your nation through Prayer. 

Here is some simple prayer guidance.  

Great Method of Prayer Strategy (A.C.T.S.)

ACCLAMATION-  Give God Glory and Praise, shout, dance before the Lord, praising Him for All that He has done.

CONFESSION- This is important because God has called us to come to Him, seeking His forgiveness. Pray for Him to forgive you for sins of omission and commission, covering all those things which have caused Him grief. The importance of confessing our sins To the Lord is to maintain our fellowship with Him, by repentance we maintain our Lifeline to God.  Confession of sin is an essential part of the Christian's daily walk.  

THANKSGIVING - Offering Him thanks for all that He has done in your life and others and even thanking Him for not answering prayers above His will for Your life.  Praise Him, Praise Him, Praise Him.

SUPPLICATION- Place your requests before Him and really lay them down before the Lord and give them to Him.  Ask in faith.  

BELIEVE YOU HAVE RECEIVED HIS ANSWER AND KEEP PRAISING HIM FOR THAT ANSWER
